Exhibitor profile

Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) is an internationally operating cruise line with headquarters in Miami, Florida, and two offices for the European markets in Southampton and Wiesbaden.

NCL has been an innovator in cruise travel for over 50 years. The company introduced Freestyle Cruising in 2000 - a pioneering innovation in the cruise market that offers passengers maximum freedom and flexibility on board.

Free at Sea, the company's newest cruise add-on for the European market, allows guests to further individualise their cruise and choose from a variety of packages.

In 2019, NCL won the coveted World Travel Award as "Europe's Leading Cruise Line" for the twelfth time in a row. In addition, the company received the "Caribbean's Leading Cruise Line" award for the seventh time in a row and the German Cruise Award.

In autumn 2019, the last ship of the Breakaway-Plus class, Norwegian Encore, celebrated her premiere and has since cruised the Caribbean. April 2018, the company's most successful new build to date, the Norwegian Bliss, celebrated its premiere.

In addition, NCL commissioned Fincantieri S.p.A. to build four new-generation vessels for 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, as well as an option for two more. In the summer of 2020, six of the cruise line's modern ships will be cruising European waters for the second time in a row.
